This modern farmhouse was a redesign of an existing residence for a client who had several variance requirements to meet with the Township of Fair Haven N.J. The idea was to expand the house with additions, making it suitable for a typical family to live and fuction as most would in today’s world. We used modern finishes with classic style to make this design blend, yet stand out beautifully within the community.
